The first favorite prom hair style belongs to Hayden Panattiere. Her hair just sparkles. The hair is parted down the middle and there are cascading curls all the way down.

To create this style on your own, apply a curl-enhancing cream and blow dry the hair using a diffuser attachment. Next use a curling iron to create the curls from about eye level all the way to the ends. Place a small section of hair into the curling iron and roll it up. Then, turn the curling iron so that it is in a vertical position.
