It has not been officially determined, but Victoria Beckham is the No. 1 trendsetter when it comes to all hair styles.  A few years ago when she was in England, all we heard about was her fabulous hair extensions.  She wore several different types and colors of hair extensions over the years.

Then she jumped to the inverted bob hair style.  That set major fashion trends around the world.  Over the years she has altered her signature cut to include more layering and color variations.

Victoria is wearing an what is called an inverted bob.  The layers and length in the back of the style are shorter than the layers in the front.
