As soon as you agree to the conditions you will be directed to a payment page. You may select either monthly payments of $5 or a one time annual payment of $48 (20% discount off annual fee of $60)
Monthly Subscribers: You will be charged $5.00 every month for your premium salon listing. You may cancel your listing at any time. (see below for cancellation info).
1 Year Subscribers: You will receive a 20% discount off the regular annual fee of $60.00 Your payment will be ONLY $48.00. Please Note: For annual subscribers, all payments are final. There are no refunds if you pay for your listing with the 20% discount.
NOTE: If we receive 3 or more complaints about your salon in one year, your premium listing will be cancelled.
Hair Resources Terms and Conditions:
Listing: I agree that the accuracy of my listing is 100% my responsibility. Hair Resources is not liable for any lost profits, lost opportunities, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages due to an inaccurate listing

Copyright: I acknowledge that the use of material I provide for my premium salon listing shall not infringe any copyright, trademark, trade secret or other third party proprietary rights. I will save and hold harmless Hair Resources, its agents, suppliers or affiliates from any and all copyright infringement judgements resulting from the unlawful use of images and property listed. All testimonials must be legitimate and appropriate permissions must have been received from customer.
Updates: I agree to keep my listing updated with the most resent salon and/or stylist information.
Payment: I agree to a monthly fee of $5.00 per month or a one time fee of $48.00 for the year. I will select my payment plan after agreeing to terms.
Removal: I understand that Hair Resources reserves the right to remove my listing for any illegal, tortuous, false, misleading, fraudulent, libelous, immoral offensive reasons or otherwise not in conformity with the policies and style of www.hairresources.com
Cancellation: Monthly Subscribers Only: I may cancel my listing at any time by logging into my Paypal account and cancelling the monthly recurring payment to The Corporation for $5.00/month. Annual Subscribers: There are no refunds or cancellations. Fee of $48.00 is non-refundable.
Display: Hair Resources is not liable for delays in delivery and/or non-delivery in the event of any situation beyond our control, such as hosting issues. Salon listings will be displayed 24/hours per day, 7-days per week.
Legal: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Ohio law and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Ohio courts in respect of any dispute or matter arising out of or connected with these terms and conditions. The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not affect or impact the continuation in force of the remainder of these terms and conditions.
