Question: How long can the extensions be worn before being removed?

Answer: This is a good question that most folks will ask, the answer is not in the method but in the hands of the individual. Most method of hair xtensions are designed to stay put for 3-6 months. The reality is this is not reality, we need to use common hair sense.

Hair falls out on a daily basis. If the hair that falls out is attached to a hair extension, then you could end up with a mess of tangles near the scalp area.

So it is extremely important to know and inform the client that there is no substitute for attaching hair extensions the right way and to understand that it would not be healthy or wise to decide on a method based solely on how long the xtensions can last.

Hair grows approx.1/2 inch per month, you can do the math. 4 months equals 2  inches away from the original position. It’s actually time to replace the xtension.

Question: Can the hair be re-used each time? If so, how long before it needs to be replaced?

Answer: FLhair Grafting Xtensions have been designed for re-use, however with our strand by strand method we set the prices to encourage replacement of the hair xtensions every 3-4 months.  Regular replacement will help to keep the xtensions healthy, tangle free and looking great.
